I had a few doubts a couple months back which I apologise for, but ultimately you delivered a very good deal for all parties. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you. My only one point of constructive criticism (which I won't put in the review) would be to make it easier to contact you or adopt a strict policy of calling any customer back within the same day. Hi, I bought a Volvo XC90 through My LHD and was very impressed with the service. All the paperwork was done with no hassle, and they brought the car to the Geneva airport in immaculate condition. We arrived in the middle of the night, in a snowstorm, with an infant and a toddler, and it was really nice to have a brand new car waiting for us and a stress free pickup.

Hi Kerry, Some feedback for you: Initially I was quite concerned buying through My LHD because of the amount of money I was spending. The car was my retirement present. What I found best about My LHD was that they could source cars for me that did address my requirements and then I could choose which one I liked the most. Other companies did not offer the same service and some did not even respond to my contact. As it was not a brand new car there are always some compromises but because the cars offered were almost new they were all lovely in their own right. The TT I chose in the end is exquisite and my wife loves the way it purrs through the S-tronic gears. My thanks to Kerry who put up with my questioning and worries, especially over fast delivery. At times I thought I may have been upsetting her but there was no intent from me to do so, I was just concerned about my large transaction for this car and the need for it to be received timely. Payment to an internet company did worry me, as I said before, but Kerry keeps you in touch and after the payment the regular updates did ease my concerns. All in all, an easy transaction and the communication received was excellent. My LHD are the only company I could recommend.

My experience with My-LHD is very positive given that I received frequent emails with loads of different cars to choose from and that I always got timely information on my planned purchase. There is no administrative hassle for the buyer, which makes a purchase abroad much more appealing. I have my car in possession for about one and a half week and the car appears to be in a great condition, as was promised by My-LHD. We found the whole transaction of selling and buying very efficient, The only problem was the car change over was in very bad weather and the delivery driver said there was some small damage on the passenger door, we are still looking for it. We have recommended you to some friends who will also have a LHD car to sell.
I was looking for a LHD 4X4 in preparation to move to the continent. Did a lot of searching locally and finally by using the internet. Came across MyLHD Car website and was very impressed with their presentation and how they seemed to know all the issues involved with importing a LHD car. Finally settled on a Nissan X-trail and started what turned out to be a very pleasant buying experience with MyLHD. Did most of the contacting over the email and every email I sent was answered by my contact (Kerry) with the minimum of delay. She had just the right answers and often gave a great deal more information than I ever thought to ask for. You feel as though you are important to the staff at MyLHD Car. The process was extremely smooth. There were a few delays but this was due to the horrendous weather conditions both here and on the continent. However, Kerry kept me informed at every stage. When we did arrange a delivery date I was able to name the day and time, which was kept to the minute almost, so no sitting around waiting for the car to arrive. The delivery driver of the car was extremely friendly and helpful making sure everything was to my satisfaction before taking my previous car that I had part exchanged with them. I was very impressed with the condition of the car, everything was as described and it was clear that the cars had been given a very good clean and polish. As with most people, my biggest worry was paying through the internet, especially relatively large sums. I need not have worried. The company sent me their bank details and I simply made an electronic payment through my internet bank account and that was it. My experience has been very positive with this company. My left hand was recommended by a friend and colleague. I'm in sales and drive many miles a year so I needed a low mileage car. I enquired for a full option 320 d touring. I was offered several cars in the continent My lhd found a beautiful silver one, which I accepted without hesitation ! I received the car a week ago and had the wonderfull surprise to see that it had heated seats as it wasn't part of the deal!
